Warranty Coverage
• Fork & Frame: 1 year
• Electrical Components: 1 year

(Motor hub, battery, LCD display, PAS controller, Charger,  thumb throttle)
• Mechanical Components: 6 months

(Fender, crank ,pedals, disc brakes)

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
Wear-and-tear items (tires, tubes, chains, brake pads, grips, etc.) and
unauthorized modifications/repairs are excluded.

Labor & Exceptions
Warranty covers parts - replacement only. Labor is not included, except
for motor hub replacement. Under verified warranty conditions, labor costs
may be reimbursed with proper documentation (clear photos, videos, service
contract). Reimbursement is based on comparable repair rates.

Warranty Claim Requirement
Proof of purchase must be provided with all warranty requests.

overseas manufacturer with over 30 years of experience. We will assist you
with all warranty issues within the covered timeframe. Beyond the warranty
period, we remain committed to helping you maintain and service your e-bike
to the best of our ability.
